Carterwill Search is engaged with a national law firm (with multiple locations across the US) to identify an Asbestos Litigation Attorney within their Mass Tort & Product Liability practice area. Our client is committed to hiring, developing, and promoting talented lawyers with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
This immediate opening is REMOTE and qualified candidates should have an active NEW YORK BAR LICENSE and reside in New York.
The selected Asbestos Litigation Attorney should have a minimum of three years of experience with all stages of asbestos-specific litigation. In addition to a New York bar license, bar admission in other states is preferred, but not required.
The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should:
