Carterwill Search is engaged with a national law firm (with multiple locations across the US) to identify an Asbestos Litigation Attorney. Our client is committed to hiring, developing, and promoting talented lawyers with diverse backgrounds and experiences. This is a remote opportunity. 
 
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience preferred.
  • Candidate should have experience with asbestos-specific litigation, particularly with regards to deposition examination.
  • Active Illinois bar license is required, and candidates must currently practice in Illinois.
The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should:
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment,
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects,
  • Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
