Carterwill Search is engaged with a national law firm (with multiple locations across the US) to identify an Asbestos Litigation Attorney. Our client is committed to hiring, developing, and promoting talented lawyers with diverse backgrounds and experiences. This is a remote position. 
 
  • This immediate opening is REMOTE.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred.
  • Candidate should have experience with asbestos-specific litigation, particularly with regards to deposition examination.
  • Candidates should have active bar licenses in West Virginia and Pennsylvania, or commit to obtaining said licensure as soon as possible. 
The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should:
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment,
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects,
  • Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
