Carterwill Search is recruiting for an Associate Attorney that has 3+ years of defense Civil Litigation experience. In this position you will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner in the Miami, FL firm.

Position Details:
- Investigating cases and gathering evidence.
- Advising clients on legal matters.
- Filing court documents and drafting pleadings.
- Representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Conducting depositions and interviewing witnesses.
- Negotiating settlements and appealing court decisions.
