Base Salary: $217,500 to $255,500
Bar Licensure (active): California
3-5 years of experience
Carterwill Search is recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Associate for our client's Los Angeles office with three to five years of experience preferred.
Requirements:
- Experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation including, but not limited to, experience conducting preliminary investigations and responding to discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, drafting dispositive motions in state and federal court and extensive communication with clients.
- Real estate litigation and trial experience are preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Candidates should have an active California bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
Compensation and Benefits
- We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
- Compensation range for this position in Los Angeles is $217,500 to $255,500, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
