Carterwill Search, a TempExperts company, is recruiting a Financial Services Litigation Attorney for the Miami, FL office on a Hybrid schedule. In this position you will be responsible for representing national and international insurance clients, including bad faith, professional liability, among others on liability matters.

Position Requirements:
  • Must be admitted to the Florida bar, in good standing
  • Ideal candidates will have financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or Florida commercial litigation experience.
  • Candidates must possess experience handling depositions, mediation, and attending hearings.
  • Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
