Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative in our AAHA-Accredited clinic, you’ll play a key role in supporting our veterinarians and technicians by being the first point of contact for clients; handling tasks like answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, managing financial transactions, and providing general information about pet care.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and answers phone calls with a smile
- Schedule appointments
- Update client and patient medical records
- Accurately handle client transactions and payments
- Communicate with veterinarians and other team members regarding client and patient needs
- Educates clients on pet care practices and preventative medicine
- Processes prescription refill requests and pet food orders
- Demonstrates compassion and empathy while maintaining a positive work environment
