This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of state cases and contribute to federal matters, with direct mentorship from senior attorneys on complex litigation.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent clients in state criminal courts and assist in federal cases.
- Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in hearings and trials.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-stakes cases while managing your own caseload.
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal documents.
- At least 2 years of experience in criminal defense litigation.
- Strong courtroom presence and motion practice skills.
- Excellent legal writing and research abilities.
- A desire to grow professionally and expand into federal defense work.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Work on meaningful cases that make a real impact.
- Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from seasoned litigators.
