CarterWill Search is sourcing for a Construction Associate Attorney in Orlando, FL. This Direct Hire opportunity is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented attorney with strong civil litigation experience who thrives in a collaborative environment while managing matters independently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle construction litigation matters, including case development, discovery, motion practice, and resolution strategies.
- Support a range of commercial and general civil litigation cases as needed.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare high-quality written work product, including pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
- Manage assigned matters independently while collaborating effectively with partners and team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders throughout the litigation process.
- 5–7 years of general civil litigation experience required.
- Construction litigation experience preferred.
- Commercial litigation experience preferred.
- Excellent academic credentials required.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities required.
- Active admission to practice law in the State of Florida required.
