Carterwill,a TempExperts company, is recruiting for a Firm Administrator that has 5+ years of HR/Operations experience. In this position you will be at the forefront of hiring and guiding our non-attorney staff, while ensuring smooth operations for our office, facilities, and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise non-exempt staff personnel.
- Recruit, screen, test, hire, and onboard personnel.
- Administer performance reviews and make salary and bonus recommendations.
- Ensure responsibilities are fair and equitable
- Oversee PTO of support staff and ensure coverage during staff absence. Monitors work hour schedules, lunch hours, and overtime.
- Prepare and deliver disciplinary notices and performance improvement plans.
- Assists with the planning and execution of office events and functions.
- Evaluate needs and recommend plans for improving efficiency and use of technology for all offices.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Plan seating arrangements, set-up new offices, and move employee seating assignments as necessary.
- Review and approve monthly vendor invoices.
- Responsible for file systems and procedures and offsite storage.
- Maintain facilities and manage the messenger, mail, and delivery services for the offices.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management or a closely related field or the equivalent experience.
- 5 -7 years of progressively responsible work experience with legal or other professional service organizations.
- Must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with time constraints, interruptions, and busy personnel.
- Ability to travel occasionally and work more than 40 hours per week.
