Associate Attorney (Direct-Hire opportunity)
Carterwill Search, a TempExperts company, is recruiting for an Associate Attorney that has 3+ years of Civil Litigation experience, preferably in Casualty, Premises or Product Liability, or Complex Litigation. In this position you will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.
You will be conducting accident scene inspections with experts, drafting reports and analyzing liability, causation and damages. You will conduct your own depositions, attend hearings and argue your own motions. You will also be responsible for interviewing witnesses, expert depositions, negotiations with opposing counsel, and conducting legal research.
