Leveraging your industry expertise and relationship-building skills, you’ll play a key role in driving successful placements and supporting both candidates and clients in achieving their goals.

- Stay informed on legal market trends, compensation benchmarks, and practice area demands.
- Represent CarterWill Search at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Prior experience in attorney recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of law firm structures, practice areas, and legal career paths.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities.
